Patrick W. Harland, Jr., is a seasoned litigator and personal injury lawyer having tried cases in both State and Federal Court and is licensed to practice in Florida. Mr. Harland is admitted to the U.S. District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Harland served with honor and distinction in the United States Coast Guard from 1990-1992 aboard the Eagle where he trained cadets from the United States Coast Guard Academy. After serving his country, Mr. Harland attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts and graduated Cum Laude.

Mr. Harland attended Law School at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated in 1999. Upon completion of Law School, Mr. Harland worked primarily in the field of insurance defense and nursing home defense where he defended some of the nation’s largest nursing home chains in liability suits regarding patient care. Mr. Harland also defended physicians in correctional healthcare cases brought by inmates alleging civil rights violations due to inadequate healthcare.
Mr. Harland currently devotes his entire practice to representing individuals who have been injured or wronged due to the negligence of others. Mr. Harland’s personal injury practice includes handling auto and motorcycle accidents; nursing home abuse and neglect; medical negligence and injury.
